Wien, 08. September 2009. Der Kartenverkauf läuft bereits, dennoch ist es bisher eine Katze im Sack, die viele Michael Jackson Fans derzeit kaufen. Nach wie vor ist nicht bekannt welche Stars bei diesem Konzert am 26. September vor Schloß Schönbrunn auftreten werden.

Die Tageszeitung Österreich hat einige Gerüchte zusammengefasst:

*) Whitney Houston soll quasi Fixstarterin sein

*) U2 hat ihr New York Konzert vom 25. September auf den 23. vorgezogen - evtl damit sie nach Wien kommen können?

Details wird es heute erst nach der Pressekonferenz geben.

Vienna, 8^th of september 2009. Today is the day - Jermaine Jackson will announce today at a press conference the names of the stars at the Michael Jackson Tribute Concert in Vienna on september 26^th.

There have been many rumours in the past weeks about the show and the newspaper "Oesterreich" has the newest rumours on their site:

*) Whitney Houston seems to be a fix starter

*) U2 - the band has canceled a concert on september 25^th in New York - will they come to Vienna?

Shortl before the start of the ticket sale, the server of the Michael Jackson Tribute Concert went down. It is unclear if too many people tried to reach the site, if there was a technical problem or if the page was victim of a DDoS-attack.

Wie die Tageszeitung heute mit Verweis auf die offizielle Webseite berichtet, startet der Ticketverkauf für das große Michael Jackson Tribute Concert heute 20. August ab 17:00. Das Event wird organisiert von Jermaine Jackson und der World Awards Media GmbH.

Informationen zum Konzert

Das Konzert wird auf dem Platz vor Schloß Schönbrunn (Wien) am 26. September 2009 stattfinden. Es werden 85.000 Tickets aufgelegt. Aufgrund der Masse der Fans gibt es auch die Option das Konzertgelände auf die vor Schloß Schönbrunn liegende Straße zu erweitern. Der gesamte westliche Stadtverkehr würde somit für das Konzert gesperrt werden.

Stars und Acts

Noch ist unklar, welche Stars alle Michael Jackson (MJ) ihren Tribut erweisen werden. Man munkelt über Stars wie Lionel Richie, Whitney Houston oder gar Madonna. Nähere Details will Jermaine Jackson in der kommenden Woche bekannt geben.

The official Tribute Concert for the King of Pop - Michael Jackson - will take place on the 26th of September 2009 in Vienna, Austria. The stage will be at the famous Castle of Schoenbrunn which is known all over the world.
